Using Value Filters similar to Excel Pivot in Alteryx

Hi - I'm trying to replicate the value filter function of an excel pivot in Alteryx.

In the example, I only want to filter for tasks where the sum of their percentages are equal to 1. It seems like the summarize tool in Alteryx can only sum the numeric fields and not take into account the text fields. Is there anyway to replicate this process in Alteryx?
