Using Fuzzy Match to Find Similar Queries

Hello Alteryx Community,

 

I am trying to analyze a list of queries to search for similar reports and filters in the fields being brought in. I am trying to use a Fuzzy Match tool, but I am unsure of the best configuration due to the data not being addresses or names. I have attached an Excel detailing some test data. Can somebody please review and advise on the best configuration of the Fuzzy Match tool?
