How to generate Email using the Email Tool. Does the firm allow us to do that using our Work Email? I tried to do that I'm getting this error

Just an observation, but have you been told to use Port 587? The guide to configuring the tool suggests another port if your encryption is SSL/TLS

I tried all 3 Port options with the appropriate encryption selection. I still see the same error message.
You may be better asking your IT for the correct parameters required to set this up, or to see if there are any firewall blockers
