Upgrate R engine in Alteryx 9.5

Currently We are using Alteryx 9.5 which used R-3.1.2.

We need to use R-3.2.1, how can we have that version in Alteryx as a tool

It seems that your orignal post was missed initally.  If this is still an issue for you then we now have a dedicated download page for the Predictive Installers: -

http://downloads.alteryx.com/predictive.html

This shows which versions of R and Alteryx can be used together.
