Upgrading from 2023.2 to 2024.1 Alteryx Designer

I'm trying to upgrade my Alteryx Designer from 2023.2 to 2024.1 and I keep getting an error saying my account already exists.

Any tips?

this happened to someone i know.. he's using the same computer to upgrade but forgot that he used another email address ... im not sure how that happened. but i'd suggest to check your email address.
