Upgrading alteryx designer to a new version 2021.3

Hi Alteryx Team,

Can you please let me know which ones to install out of the 4 options it is currently showing for upgrade at downloads:

I am an adapt learner and planning to take a core certification test very soon. My current version is  Version: 2021.2.1.35394.

Also, will I be required to enter the license key again?

Can I postpone this task of upgrade to later some date after I pass my exam?.. as I don't want to take chance of any kind of  software configuration crash right now 😐 (if the test can go smooth with my current version)

Has anyone given a core exam test using previous version of Alteryx (minor version change)? And if is is ok?
