Upgraded to Alteryx Designer latest version and now wont bring any data back

Upgraded to the latest version - opened up a new workflow sorted the connections out and now it doesn't bring any data back and doesn't produce any errors.  The flow just continues to run.

 

Azure and Sharepoint connector doing the same.

 

Has anyone came across this issue before?
