Updating multiple column value of single row for respective records

Hello Team,

 

Please help me to use the Multi field formula wherein I have a requirement when I need to update more than twenty column for respective items, I can do that by using Formula tool but I think that is not the optimized way to do it, Please help me to resolve the issue by using Multi Field formula,

 

NOTE --> I have attached my input and output file expected. Thanks in advance.
