Updating File as well as the Formula related

Question

Please understand my poor English before reading :(

Intro

I receive the data periodically and my job is to update the data by the workflow.

However, a lot of changes has to be made before operating the workflow, because among the vast of data, I just need to choose and change the "recent date"

Question

The question appears on the formula!

There are more formula like the picture, and I just need to change the YYMM from [AVG_SALARY_YYMM]

Excel was my tool to change the date; however, I am wondering if there is the alternative for the case like this.

It takes a lot of time to change hunders of the formula like this :<

If there is any preference please tell.

Hello @tntner ,

I think what you are looking for is the multi field formula:

You can select the fields you want to calculate on the top part, set the formula and even select the output type (On change output type to)
