Update an App filter option list based on previous filter

Question

Hi All,

I have in my workflow a list of Regions and a list of Provinces. A single Region includes many Provinces. I set up a filter on Region in my App. I want to add another filter on Provinces, including just Provinces contained in the region/s previously selected. How can I do it?

I think that you would be well served with a TREE.  Using the tree, you can select a region and see all of the provinces within the region.  Please check this article out for ideas:

That's the approach that I recommend.
