Unzipped file... XLS as HTML? Need it as XLSX

So I'm able to get 7zip to unzip my file.... only issue is its showing up as a .xls but in reality its an html (i see all the HTML code if i convert it to .csv) Is there a workflow out there that can take in the .xls (actual html) and convert it over to .xlsx?

This should do what you need - the key is reading in the initial file as a CSV without delimiters (in spite of the extension)

hit the accept button by mistake... slow computers these days....

But yah so i selected my .xls file and now i'm getting a popup saying InvalidArgument = Value of '0' is not valid for itemindex parameter name : itemindex....

any ideas?
