Unsupported Media Type when trying to upload a workflow via the API

Question

I have a Dev to Production release workflow that I thought was working well but when its live I now find that all workflows fail to save to the Production server with the error 'Unsupported Media Type'  Im using the Server API V3 and the /workflows endpoint.  These workflows are Analytic Apps, are they maybe not supported in this endpoint?

Not sure whats happening  - I resaved the workflow to our Dev server but went into the Workflow Assets and unticked the output file, saved it and ran it and it uploaded!  I then thought I would create another tiny app with an output file included to reproduce the error and confirm thats what it is.  So I dragged a file to a new workspace, then used the Interface tools to make it a file browse, also added an output file and saved.  I expected this to fail since I didnt uncheck the output file but it worked!  So Im back to square one!
