Unstructured Data Transformation

Hi all,

I need help in doing the data transformation from unstructured data to the shaped one. 

The below table image you see is the one there in the multiple pdf files. When the data is extracted in the alteryx, it came in the unstructured way and you can see this data in the excel file. 

There are 3 columns in the excel file. Row, Text and Marker. Row is the line item number. Text is the actual data present in the file. Marker is the position I created for reference. I need to transform in the way like how it is shown in the above image. No need to show " Angemeldete D.V.1-Daten** " in the output but, the table data should be shown exactly in the same way in the output. 

I'm finding difficulty in transforming this data. Nothing comes in my mind how to solve this and therefore, I didn't attach the workflow to this thread. Please help with the worklfow or some suggestions how to tackle this.
