Unmerge cells, copy values and transpose multi rows

Hi the Alteryx community,

I would need some help to figure out a workflow that transform the data that I have in tab "sheet 1" into format of the tab "sheet 2".

I already spent some time with transpose and multi rows formula without any success 😞

Any idea? I attach the excel file and screenshots of the tabs.

Now how would you (using the workflow) bring back the data to the old structure?
