Unknown Field in Select Tool

What is the purpose of the Unknown Field? How would this impact my workflow if I leave it checked/unchecked?

Hi @flying008,

There are a couple of workflows that are lengthy. There is a need to add in new sources to the workflow. and by joining them with existing ones, new fields would arrive. The unknown field is not selected in the workflow earlier.

This would need manually editing each tool. This is a known process but I was thinking if we can have any alternate method. At this point I don’t have any specific tools or pipeline sample that I could share. Would be able to do so once we get started with the work.

As of now, do you think the dynamic select/replace tools can be handy here?

Unfortunately without seeing your sample workflow logic and the tools used I can't offer further advice.
