Hello,
I am opening my workflow in the Alteryx Designer Version 2025.1.2.79 and I keep getting an Unhandled Exception error. However, my colleague can run the same workflow without any issues. The workflow is stored on SharePoint so we are using the exact same file. Can you please help? I do not have access to the error log to understand the source of the issue, development notes only refer to possibly a file name that is too long, but that does not make sense if two people using the same file structure have different results. Do I need to reinstall Alteryx Designer?

I would try and uninstall and reinstall Designer first. There are always fun little easter eggs with more recent versions. If that doesn't resolve I'd recommend opening an Alteryx Support ticket.

Agreed with @jrlindem's point, also I'd recommend download n-1 version as it would be more stable
