Undocked window titles do not update when tool selected

Question

I have undocked my Configuration and Results windows onto another monitor. I've noticed that these windows' properties do not update properly.

For example, if I select one tool, its configuration appears as below:

If I now select another tool on my canvas, the configuration window updates, but the title does not (not how it's still called Data Stream Out):

But by clicking on the window it eventually refreshes to what it should look like:

So I guess the question is why don't the titles of undocked windows update, and should they? Thanks

This is a defect. While we have resolved some issues with the title of floating windows, but there appear to be some remaining. I have filed a defect in our backlog to get this resolved.
