Unable to use Alteryx Designer Tutorials

I am not able to use "Help->Tutorials" in the Alteryx Designer (screenshot attached).

Can you please tell me what can be the reason?

Hi @RafaelGuliyev Can you try to restore default settings? Options > UserSettings> Restore Defaults
