I'm trying to update my avatar/profile pic, I'm unable to find the option as I'm getting the below option.

I had the same issue and had to reach out to alteryx support to get it fixed.

For me the issue got resolved once I ranked up from level-1 to level-5

Do you know which link I can use to get support? It's the same situation for me — I can't add a profile picture :(
