Unable to update Designer Verision

I noted today that the licensing/downloads portal is unable to populate itself with the list of available downloads for me.

 

The new portal (https://us1.alteryxcloud.com/license-portal/) presents a "There was a problem fetching the products" error.

Are you able to see the drop down for "Account"? You may have to select a different one for it to populate
