Unable to see or add gallery

I recently upgraded to 2023.1.1.247 and I am unable to see Add New Gallery option. When I had the older version I was able to add the gallery and publish the workflow. Can someone assist how I can add the gallery. Screenshot attached.

@Chirag101 Click on "Save As," then hover over "Alteryx Server," then click on "Add Server."
