Unable to publish workflows to Gallery

Hi All,

 

We have few users who are unable to publish their workflows to Gallery instead of having 'Artisan' and 'Curator' role. 

What could be the reasons?

How to fix the issue? Need help.

We'll need more information to help diagnose the issue - what is the error they are getting? Do they have the exact same permissions as someone who can publish workflows? Does their version of Designer match the Server version?
