Unable to overwrite a cell that contains a formula

I am trying to replace formulas through Alteryx, but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how? Here is an example.

Hey @jasonshao, if you tick configuration option 5 (Skip Field Names), does that remedy the issue?
