Unable to login into SAP despite Ping success - EXTREMELY URGENT - PRODUCTION ISSUE

Hello Friends

I am getting an error while trying to connect to SAP through Alteryx. I was able to ping successfully, yet, SAP Logon Tool throws an error to check login credential. I am clueless what do to. Kindly help.

I have attached 2 screenshots. One, the successful ping. Two, the error after the ping.

I don't think these are native Alteryx tools.  Alteryx does not have tools to access data directly from SAP ECC.

Are these tools provided by a 3rd party vendor?  DVW or HVR or Theobald?  Suggest you contact the vendor's support team.

I have contacted them and they have given a solution. I am trying that one.
