Unable to find the dll: "telapi.dll"

Hi,

I am using Alteryx Designer x64 version 11.5 on a desktop. I have Teradata 15.10 ODBC 64 bit driver installed.

I was able to connect to Teradata using this driver via Alteryx, however the same process now errors stating 'Unable to find the dll: "telapi.dll".

I am unable to find where is this file located and what does the error relate to.

Seeking help over the same.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers but it doesn't help.

I found that if connected as a File Format = ODBC Database (odbc:) in Input Data tool works fine, but while connecting as File Format = Teradata Bulk Loader (tdbl:) gives the error.

I am not sure if there would be a difference between the two.

@shilnayak if it works via the ODBC format then I would go with that.

no offense but the bulk loader offers utility and performance that ODBC simply doesn't compare with.
