Unable to download Alteryx Designer

I am unable to download Alteryx designer after signing in from Alteryx and Licensing Portal


Looking under the hood I saw this message.

Sign in
and you will be able to download it

@rborre01 you can also try clicking on the drop-down for the account to see if there is another one to use
