Unable to activate license

Hey All,

Since installing the RInstaller on my Alteryx Designer, I keep getting a prompt to Activate Alteryx Designer.

I have not changed my laptop, it is the same system, using on home wifi network with the same license key i used on 9th March when i downloaded the installers first.

When i enter my license key - i get 2 options:

1. Activate New Seats

2. Move All Licenses

Move all licenses does nothing and brings me back to Activate Alteryx designer.

Activate New Seats gives an error

I have also uninstalled Alteryx designer completely and reinstalled with the latest version today, to no avail.

I understand it can be frustrating.

It appears the licenses that you have is being used on another PC.

Do you recall any possibiliy you or your collegues has already used this license?

If yes, you need to deactivate it first.

I received this license directly from Alteryx via email and it hasnt be shared with anyone else on another computer.
