Unable to Open Crew Macro

I am trying to utilize a colleague's workbook that has the Crew Macro and when I try to install I have this error message

That reads like you don't have permission to save to C drive, so it's an issue with your account rather than Alteryx itself.

Speak to your IT Team to see if they can fix - probably by running the install file as an Admin
