Hello everyone,

 

I've been having this issue with the PortfolioPluginsEngine.dll since I installed  Alteryx (version 2021.3.2) and it happens when I try to see any plot with the browser tool. I've already tried re-installing Alteryx, re-installing R, searching for any setting from the menu wich can help and nothing. can anyone help with this?.

Hi @JProvoste ,

 

This errors usually is caused by the issues during the installation. If you already reinstalled, I recommend you to uninstall completely and install a newer build of this version. Is currently the version 2021.3.5.03604.

 

If the error persist, try to open a ticket to support@alteryx.com explaining the issue. That can maybe be an issue from an older build of this version.

hey @JProvoste 

I've seen this happen when the admin version of the designer is installed, but the non-admin version of predictive tools is installed. 

 

I assume with a re-install, this would have been ruled out, but might be worth a try
