US Geocoder is running really slow

I have been doing geocoding on address data for a couple of years with no problem.  However, in the past week, my US geocoder tool is taking a really long time to run even small datasets (between 10K-50K of records). Something like this should be taking a minute but now is stretching into 5-10.  Larger sets of data would take 40 min now take hours.  Any suggestions/fixes anyone can recommend to fix this.

Appreciate any inputs on this issue. We are having similar performance issues pulling Geocoding addresses. 10,000 addresses should take a min or two at most and now is taking 5+ min. We normally geocode millions of addresses at a time so something that took 40 min is now taking 8-10 or more hours.
