US CASS not appearing

Hi Team, 

 

The latest US CASS has been installed but it is not appearing as a geocoding option.

 

Error message: CASS (20): The CASS engine appears to not be installed. (Can't find dll)

 

Note: This is working for all other users on our shared machines.
