Dear Alteryx Support,
I’m facing serious issues accessing my Alteryx Designer Free Trial.
I initially signed up using my email: en22it301084@medicaps.ac.in, but I didn’t receive any confirmation email. When I try to log in to Alteryx I get the message:
"We can't seem to find your account."
I tried resetting my password, and it let me log in once. But when I tried again later, it again said my account doesn’t exist.
I’ve re-registered, reinstalled, and even used incognito mode — nothing is working. Other students in my class have working trial access, so I believe this is an issue with my specific account.
Kindly help me activate or fix my account as soon as possible.

Have you received the license keys via email? What step are you stuck with exactly? Can you paste some screenshots?
