Twitter Sentiment Analysis

I am trying to perform sentiment analysis on tweets gathered on a real-time basis. Is there a custom built workflow that I can use for this ? The one using Cognitive Services doesn't seem to work one bit. Kindly help.

Alternatively, there is a Sentiment Analysis tool that is part of the Intelligence Suite. This does require an additional license, but makes sentiment analysis very easy:
