Trying to make sum function dynamic

Hi,

I'm trying to make an action happen when in the multi-row tool it takes the number above it and number two rows above and add them together to make a rolling number. (see problem and the solution I'm trying to do). I feel like this type of action may need to be in a batch macro but I don't have any expertise in that.
