Trying to calculate days since Anniversary

I have date of hire information and am trying to calculate days since anniversary as of the last day in the year in this case 12/31/2021 (e.g DOH 2007-05-18 would return 228(including doh as an extra day)) I have tried to do DateYimeDiff but am having a hard time changing 2000 to 2020? Any Ideas?

Hi @Darth-Accrual,

Similar to what you may have tried to do, I used DatetimeDiff as well but found a way to always obtain the last day of a specific year.
