Trying to Pivot Data with Multiple Columns/Data Values

Hello,

I have some data from a workflow that I'm trying to re-organize into a more user-friendly version.

Here's how the data currently looks:

Org IDSubmission IDNameStateMeasureRateState BenchmarkSB VarianceNational BenchmarkNB Variance

I'm trying to re-organize the data as follows:

    Measure #1Measure #1Measure #1Measure #1Measure #1Measure #2Measure #2Measure #2Measure #2Measure #2
Org IDSubmission IDNameStateRateState BenchmarkSB VarianceNational BenchmarkNB VarianceRateState BenchmarkSB VarianceNational BenchmarkNB Variance

I can't seem to use the CrossTab tool, because it only allows for 1 column/data value, so I'm wondering how best to accomplish this?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Sincerely,

T.H.
