I am having trouble inputting a .xlsx file where some fields have over 2000 characters. I know that for .csv files there is an option in the configuration tool to adjust the field length, but I cannot see that option for .xlsx files.
I have tried using a select tool immediately after the input data tool, adjusting the field lengths in that configuration. That did not work. I also tried using the auto field tool, but that seemed to be redundant nor effective.
I have tried converting this file to a .csv but it is a complete nightmare. I tried ctrl+a, ctrl+h, find "," replace ";" and it didn't work at all. I am certainly open to hearing other ideas to convert this nightmare of a .xlsx file into a .csv so I can configure the field lengths.
Unfortunately, I cannot attach the file I am working with. Worst case scenario, I can probably make a dummy file, but I expect I'm just missing something here. Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
