Trouble inputting .del file into designer

Hi,

 

I get an error each time I launch my workflow file in designer where I have to refind the .del file I try to load. I read it as a csv and it works fine.

But why do I have to go and build this input or relocate the file each time I launch designer? Is it due to file type? The file is stored in a network drive, not sure if that could affect this too.
