Trouble connects to Microsoft SQL Server

My Alteryx version is 2023.1.1.336

 

I am trying to connect to a internal Microsoft SQL Server.  I followed the step > Set Up a Connection > Data sources > Microsoft SQL Server “Quick connect” > I was able to add new connect but got the error message when I clicked on “Connect Credentials”.  Can someone please help?

 

I already did the step of reinstalling of Alteryx... nothing worked....

What data source are you trying to connect to? SQL Server or Google Big Query?
