Trouble Trying to Exclude Current and Previous Work Day

I'm new to Alteryx and I'm having trouble creating my workflow. I am trying to filter my workflow to exclude file dates that were set to today and the previous work day (If I were to run this on a Monday it should exclude file dates from today and last Friday).
