Transpose tool related support

Hello I have data which has different data in column and i want to transpose and getting data in raw but this data is comming in  in three rcolumn  And i want it in single  raw with corrosponding value .

Attached is example -

I want this data to come in single column rather 3 . Please support me. Thanks AK

Thanks for your response, appreciate it, but I want Name Status should remain in column and value should come in raw along with header, because I want name to be used as filter and rest details should come accordingly .

as example 

Name	Expiry Date	Agency	Status
Halal Status	1/1/2022	A	Y
Kosher Status	2/2/2023	B	N
GMO status	3/2/2023	c	N

Whereas in your solution i wont be abe to use name for filter .. its complete transpose ...
