Transpose from rows to columns

Hello - wondering if someone could help me go from the first image to something similar to the second image. There's probably an obvious solution, but I can't figure it out. Appreciate any help.

You want a cross tab tool here i believe with OFC as your "Column Headers" and Accounted AMT as your "Column Data" - then select an aggregation method if you group by a particular column. In this case without a group by your aggregation method does not matter as much.

You can rearrange the order of the rows within the union tool if needed
