Translating languages in Alteryx

Question

Hello All!

I have a dataset that has column headers in a Spanish / French and I want to convert those column headers to English. One of the column contains description in Spanish / French too that I'd like to translate. Would anyone know an easier way to do this apart from the API / Azure tool. Thanks in advance!
