Transforming Certain Rows to Columns

NOLA_Max
6 - Meteoroid

The attached csv has 2 data series in it (Results.series.0.seriesID = LNS11300062 and Results.series.1.seriesID = LNS11000000) along with associated year, month, and value. I am trying to arrange the data such that the columns are:

SeriesID | Year | Month | Value

I've tried Transpose and Crosstab but just can't figure it our. Thank you for any help.
