Transaction data: Identifying number of orders across categories

Hi, 

 

I want to calculate the number of times each customer has bought product A, B, C and so on. 

 

The desired input and output are as follows:

Can't seem to figure out how to do this. Please help. Thanks a ton!

Text to Columns tool but set it to Text to Rows. Then use a Summarize tool and group by Customer ID and Group by and Count the Orders. Then Crosstab the results grouping by the Customer ID. If you want the Nulls to be 0's add a data cleanse or Multi Field Formula Tool to the end of the flow.
