Tracking Pixel for Mails

Hi everyone.

We are sending out a report every day with help of the Email tool. We are seeking out a way to track our emails to see how many recipients have opened and when they opened them. I googled for some solutions and found nothing helpful. I wonder if anybody here has an experience in this matter and help me with it.

Thank you!

Hey @Hsolmaz

How People Can See When You Open Emails (and How to Stop Them) (howtogeek.com) according to this article the best way is at add uniquely addressed images 'web beacons' to each email and then on the server that hosts the images track which have been requested when the user opens the email. In Alteryx you can certainly add images to the body of the email and generate the images with a python tool. The rest will require a bit of IT work to create a server and track requests.

Perhaps there is already an online service provider for web beacons?
