Too many fields in record #408390 but works in excel

Hello, I would like to add an .CSV file to the workflow. However, I obtain an error "Too many fields in record #408390". I've checked this line in an excel file and I do not see too many fields..? What does that come?

I expect there's an additional comma in one of the data columns for record #408390. 

Could you share that row? Or try deleting extraneous commas in that row? Interested to see if somebody else has a better solution.

I've check this but there is no additional comma...
