Time Parse

Hello Team, 

I am quite new to Alteryx and have a requirement to where I have a time field in the format HH:MM. I simply need  to get this format in the output as such as I will have to perform some time calculations on it in tableau. Have tried with all the examples I have seen here but I get null in the out put/.
