Tidying up after union tool

I have used the union tool to bring two columns of non-matching data together. I would like the data to be next to each other but I can't make it happen at the moment. Please see my example of what I am trying to do.

Hi @BillyL14 

In this case, it looks like you want to use the Join tool. Here, you would select Join by Record Position instead of the default
