Theobald Xtract for Alteryx

Hello Community members,

I have installed Theobald Xtract for Alteryx 2024.9.13.60, installation was successful. My designer version is 2023.2, however xtract tools are not visible in tool pallete or showing up in the search bar, is there any additional set up required to use Theobald Xtract?

It is best to ask the Theobald team in this case since they own these third party tools

Yep, Theobald is who you would want to contact for assistance on them.

In this case, it'll be a version issue. I haven't used them in years, since before they were built in Python, so haven't tested.

The installation file is 2024.x and so the tools will be running on Python 3.10, however you have 2023.2 installed which will use Python 3.8 I think. You will need to get the tools for your version.
